HOW AND WHY I COLLECT YOUR DATA
Contact form
I process the data you provide, such as first name, last name, company name, phone number, and email address, to contact you, provide you with a quote, or deliver a service. This data goes to my mailbox, and then is safely stored on a specially protected server. Also, the website uses TLS (formerly SSL) to provide privacy, authentication, and data integrity to Internet communications.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the website, I collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
I process the comments form personal data to publish a comment on the blog. Providing this personal data is voluntary; however, not providing it will prevent you from commenting.
I also store the comment and its metadata. It allows me to recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. (The Gravatar service privacy policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/). After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Website visitors can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a website, you are asked for permission to store this file on your hard drive.
If you leave a comment on my website, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

HOW LONG I RETAIN YOUR DATA
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users registered on my website (if any), I also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrator, which is me, can also see and edit that information.
I store my clients data for at least five years.
WHO I SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
I share your personal data with the entities that provide me with various business-related services, such as mailbox, domain and hosting providers.
